Accessing the LMS

The LMS (Learning Management System) is where all of the content for EMF will be. This will essentially be your one stop place for everything you'll need as we go on this journey together.

You should have received an email from Peter Sage Academy that allows you to create your login details and access the site. Below is how the email looks:

I recommend you bookmark this page so you can access it easily and login whenever you need to. If you have not received this email, simply send me a message at [email protected] and I'll make sure it gets sorted out.

Our Community

One of the best parts about EMF is the community aspect.

In the LMS you'll notice that there is a discussion board where you can talk about the modules and other EMF related topics.

You access the above once you are logged into the LMS

In here you can share your experiences going through EMF with the rest of the group along with insights, aha moments, and so on.

Here are some best practices I recommend with the community aspect of EMF

1) Stretch yourself

If you have a bit of fear as far as sharing, I would invite you to lean into that fear and recognize this as a great opportunity to grow and share with a group of heart centered people

This means being active not only on our weekly calls, but also in the discussion board with sharing your experiences, insights, ahas, and so on :)

2) Talk from experience

It's important that we don't get into the habit of coaching the other participants in the program. Allow the program itself to do that. That being said, feel free to share your experience with others if you have gone through a similar situation that someone else may be going through. I would simply invite you to do this from the frame of being the invitation and example without expectation.

3) Have fun with it!

We are all here to grow and transform, but that doesn't mean it needs to be boring or really serious! Feel free to be playful, appreciative, have fun, and keep it light. Sometimes the energy will be a bit more focused on something that doesn't call for playfulness, but it's easy to get caught in taking things very seriously when it comes to development and growth.

That being said, if going through something with a more serious energy works for you personally, no need to alter that unless you see fit.

The intro video

We ask that all participants in EMF create an intro video so that I and the rest of the group can get to know you a bit more.

It also serves as a great contrast to watch after you have graduated EMF

Here is the frame I recommend you use when creating this:

Your name and where you are from
What is most important to you in your life currently? Your values, ambitions, what excites you, etc.
What do you believe is your biggest obstacle or challenges on your journey at the moment?
In what ways are you looking to grow in these next 6 months?
What are you most excited about when it comes to going through EMF?

Please film that and send it to me at [email protected] I will put them all up on a page for the rest of the community to see to get to know you a bit better!

Your Accountability Buddy

Your accountability buddy is another very powerful and fun part of EMF

It is up to you and your buddy to arrange when you will meet up each week.

You should have received and introductory email from myself introducing you to your buddy along with their email so you can do this. If you didn't receive that email yet, please notify me ASAP!

Please also notify me when you get that email so I know you and your buddy have made contact.

Our Weekly Live Calls

We will have weekly live calls every Saturday at 3pm (Costa Rican Time)

Please check to see when this would be for your time zone. You can use the time zone calculator I link below to do this if you are not sure.

You should also have received a calendar invite from me that should automatically sync the time with your calendar.

These calls will typically last around an hour long and will be a hybrid between the Q&A calls and community calls because of the size of our group.

For these calls, it is a great opportunity to share your experiences, ask me questions, offer support, and more! Please come prepared and ready to grow and contribute!

Access Call Replays

All of our calls will be recorded and uploaded so that you can view them later in order to wire in the information deeper, tune back into the energy of a particular call, watch if you weren't able to attend, and so on.

You should have already been given an email to access the area where these recordings will be. If not, just reach out and I will make sure you get in there.
